Saint Lucia’s Priorities for the Development of the Blue Economy

This document is a set of social media posts (captions) developed for the Government of Saint Lucia as part of the BE-CLME+ Project. It outlines Saint Lucia’s blue economy priorities across five key areas: marine tourism expansion, sustainable fisheries and combating overfishing, mariculture (especially sea moss farming), self-sufficiency and climate resilience, and nature-based solutions. Each post highlights the country's commitment to data-driven, participatory marine spatial planning with support from the FAO and Caribbean Regional Fisheries Mechanism (CRFM).
